Peer Review Policy
All manuscripts submitted to J-MARS undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure impartiality and scholarly quality.

Initial Screening: Submissions are evaluated for relevance, originality, and adherence to journal standards.

Peer Review: At least two independent experts review each manuscript anonymously.

Editorial Decision: Based on reviewers' comments and the editorial board's assessment, manuscripts may be accepted, revised, or rejected.

The typical review time is 4–6 weeks.

The journal maintains strict confidentiality during the review process and prohibits the use of any unpublished material disclosed in a submitted manuscript.

Author Guidelines

Manuscripts must be submitted online through the journal's manuscript management system.

Research Ethics: All studies involving human participants must adhere to the Declaration of Helsinki principles, and animal research must follow institutional ethical standards.

Plagiarism: J-MARS uses plagiarism detection software. Plagiarized content will be rejected immediately.

Duplicate Publication: Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.

Conflict of Interest: All potential conflicts must be disclosed.

Authorship: Only individuals who have significantly contributed to the research and writing process should be listed as authors.
Cases of misconduct (fabrication, falsification, plagiarism) will be handled following the guidelines of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics).
Retraction and Appeal Policy

Retractions: Articles may be retracted for serious errors, ethical misconduct, or plagiarism. A retraction notice will clearly state the reasons for retraction.

Corrections: Minor errors that do not affect the research conclusions will be corrected through an erratum.

Appeals: Authors may appeal editorial decisions by submitting a detailed justification. Appeals are reviewed by an independent panel of editors who were not involved in the original decision.
