To publish original research articles, review papers, technical notes, case reports, and surgical technique videos that enhance the field of minimal access and robotic surgery.

To promote multidisciplinary collaboration across surgical specialties, including but not limited to general surgery, gynecology, urology, thoracic surgery, pediatric surgery, and orthopedic surgery.

To advance clinical practice by sharing novel methods, evidence-based research, and emerging technologies.

To foster innovation, education, and global discussion on the future of minimally invasive surgical care.
